The Benefits of Prioritizing Stewardship

This session challenges the notion that stewardship is an afterthought and shows how leading with stewardship can drive stronger donor relationships, increased giving, and long-term loyalty. Participants will learn from real life examples and have a chance to share best practices with one another.

Speaker: Carolyn Stone, Relationship Manager, TIAA Kaspick

Prior to joining TIAA Kaspick in 2022, Ms. Stone spent over a decade working as a frontline gift planning professional in premier, complex higher education and academic medicine settings, including Harvard Medical School, Dartmouth College and The Jackson Laboratory. She earned an MBA from Boston University and a BA in Spanish from Skidmore College. Ms. Stone is a Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy and previously served on the board of the New Hampshire & Vermont Council of Charitable Gift Planners.
