"Testamentary Life Income Gifts: The Journey from Promise to Payment" walks gift planning professionals through the lifecycle of an estate-funded life income gift, from the initial donor conversation to the moment the arrangement springs to life. While charitable remainder trusts and charitable gift annuities may be familiar tools, establishing them through an estate introduces a distinct set of considerations — and this session will help you think through many of them. You will leave better equipped to serve as your donor's trusted guide with clarity and confidence.
