  Understanding Donor Body Language

  This presentation explores how body language influences donor interactions and the fundraising process. Participants will learn how to recognize nonverbal signals including facial expressions, eye contact, posture, and personal space which can reveal a donor’s true thoughts and emotions.

  Key Lessons Learned Over 47 Years: Reflections and Insights on Values-based Estate Planning and Nonprofit Fundraising

  In “Key Lessons Learned Over 47 Years,” Eddie Thompson, founder and CEO of Thompson & Associates, reflects on more than four decades of experience in values-based estate planning and nonprofit fundraising.
